Governance of Climate-related Risks
The governance structure consists of oversight of climate-related risks at the Board of Directors ("Board") level and the implementation of climate-related risk management policies and practices at the management level of Aspex as fund manager ("Manager").
The Manager is responsible for overseeing the incorporation of climate-related risks into the investment management and risk management processes and for monitoring the status and progress of efforts to manage climate-related risks. The Manager will review the relevant policy and governance framework at least annually, and will propose any required changes to the Board for approval. In addition, the Manager is responsible for keeping the Board abreast of climate-related risk management issues as they arise.
Identification and Assessment of Climate-related Risks
The Manager identifies climate-related risks by reviewing the fund's investment strategy and portfolio, and determines if climate-related risks are relevant by conducting a relevance assessment at least annually. The Manager's most recent review has indicated that climate-related risks are relevant.
The Manager further reviews the materiality of climate-related risks by conducting a materiality assessment at least annually, using a qualitative method with a scoring methodology. The Manager's most recent review indicates that climate-related risks are not material.
The method of assessing relevance and materiality of climate-related risks require subjective judgements and may include consideration of third-party data that is incomplete or inaccurate. The assessment methodology may change or evolve over time. Relevance and materiality have been assessed based on certain qualitative and quantitative factors concerning the strategy and portfolio, as well as industry practices and subjective estimates, which may change. Any such changes may affect the assessment conclusions and previous assessments may no longer remain valid. There can be no guarantee that the Manager will correctly identify and assess the impact of climate-related risks associated with its investment management activity.

In accordance with the Ordinance, we are entitled to charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access requests.

We reserve the right to amend, add to, or remove any of the provisions in this Privacy Policy at any time. You should read this page regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. However, if any change involves a plan to use your personal data in a way that differs from this Privacy Policy, we will notify you to obtain your prior consent. However, your continued access to the website after such changes conclusively demonstrates your consent to any changes.
